At Sovereign, we believe scent is a profound declaration of identity. We want you to wear your fragrance with unapologetic confidence. To ensure this, we have designed a return policy that prioritizes your satisfaction while honoring the artisanal nature of our creations.

The "Risk-Free" Trial

To allow you to experience our scents with absolute confidence, every full-size bottle order arrives with a complimentary 3ml sample vial of the same fragrance.

  1. Try the Sample First: Upon delivery, please open and test the sample vial included in your package before breaking the seal on the full-size box.

  2. Returns: If the scent does not speak to your soul, you may return the unopened, factory-sealed full-size bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  3. Opened Bottles: Due to the artisanal and intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used full-size bottles once the safety seal has been broken.

How to Initiate a Return

We offer a white-glove service experience. To initiate a return of an unopened item, please contact our Client Concierge at info@sovereignfragrance.com.

  • Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damages & Issues

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
