Dispatch & Delivery

At Sovereign, we view the delivery of your fragrance as the final step in our artistic process. We partner exclusively with UPS and USPS to ensure your acquisition arrives securely and efficiently.

Processing & Dispatch Logic

Our fulfillment team operates with strict precision to minimize the time between desire and delivery.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the following business day.

  • Handling Time: We maintain a 0–1 business day handling window. Your order is prioritized immediately upon receipt.

Security & Signature Requirements

Due to the high value of our Extraits, security is paramount.

  • Signature on Delivery: To prevent loss or theft, all orders over $500 may require a direct signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive the package.

  • Discreet Packaging: Your order will arrive in unassuming, secure exterior packaging to maintain privacy and security during transit. The luxury experience begins only when you break the seal.

Carrier Partners & Timelines

We utilize premium services from UPS and USPS depending on the destination and speed selected.

  • Standard Ground: 3–5 Business Days (Required for certain high-concentration alcohol-based formulas due to transport regulations).

  • Expedited Air: Available where regulation permits.

Damages & Anomalies

In the rare event of transit complications:

  • Lost Packages: Please contact our concierge immediately if your tracking is inactive for 48 hours.

  • Damages: If your bottle arrives compromised, please retain all original packaging (box and shipping materials) and photograph the damage immediately so we may process a replacement and file the necessary insurance claims on your behalf.
